The 2012 Auckland Badminton Interclub season will be split into 2 parts:
First half - Doubles:
Tuesday: Division 1/2 Mens, Division 3 Mixed
Wednesday: Division 3/4 Mens, Division 1 Mixed
Thursday: Division 2 Mixed
Second half - Singles:
Monday: Division 1 Mens, Division 3 Full
Wednesday: Division 2 Mens, Division 1 Full
Thursday: Division 3 Mens, Division 2 Full
Note that for the purposes of comparing this grading to the Balmoral equivalent, Division 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D.
If you wish to play in a team you must be available every week on the designated night for your grade and team. Alternatively if you cannot make a night you must personally arrange a reserve - prior to the competition starting a list of available reserves will be published. If you do not arrange a reserve you will be charged for the nights play, and if your team has to forfeit the match then you will be charged the forfeit costs.
The team makeup is as follows:
Mixed Singles: 2 men, 2 women who play 1 singles, 1 doubles and 1 mixed game
Mixed Doubles: 3 men, 3 women who play 2 doubles and 1 mixed game
Mens Singles: 3 men who play 1 singles and 2 doubles games
Mens Doubles: 4 men who play 3 doubles games
